Bar Manager | CASUAL

Hours: 25-35 per week

  • Experience in cocktail creation, stock control and managing and maintaining a busy bar.

Chef de Partie | FULL TIME

Hours: 38-40 per week

  • Preferred experience in pasta, but not essential

Chef de Partie | CASUAL

Hours: 20-30 per week

  • Must have experience running a section in a busy restaurant

Waiter/Waitress | CASUAL

Hours: Varies

  • Must have FOH experience in a busy restaurant
