If you've been searching for a proper tiramisu to order for a party in the Sutherland Shire, you've found it. FIOR's tiramisu is the one locals keep coming back for — and now you can take a whole bowl of it home.

It's one generous glass bowl, enough to feed 18 to 22 people — built for the family lunch, the birthday, the work do, the long Sunday that turns into dinner. Big enough to sit in the middle of the table and let everyone go back for seconds (they will).

  • Ordering can only be done via our team by either filling out the form below, giving us a call or emailing. Only once you have a confirmation from us is the order confirmed.

  • Classic, the one the Shire knows us for. Light, airy mascarpone zabaglione over coffee-soaked sponge, scattered with chocolate-coated cacao nibs for a bit of crunch. Not heavy, not too sweet, the kind where everyone swears the next spoonful is their last.

    Banoffee. Banana, soft toffee and that same cloud-like cream, for whoever at the table was always going to fight over the caramel.

  • And the glass bowl is yours to keep. Wash it out, use it for the next gathering, and remember where the good tiramisu in the Shire comes from.

  • We don't deliver. All tiramisu bowls are pick-up only from FIOR in Gymea. The good news is we're just a short drive from across the Sutherland Shire, so whether you're in Miranda, Caringbah, Cronulla, Sylvania, Kirrawee or anywhere in the Shire, you're never far away. Order with 48 hours' notice and collect it fresh on the day.

  • You are free to pick up anytime from 3pm weekdays and 11am weekends. Should you require it outside of these hours, please let the team know so they can organise this for you.
