It's one generous glass bowl, enough to feed 20-25 people. Built for the family lunch, the birthday, the work do, the long Sunday that turns into dinner. Big enough to sit in the middle of the table and let everyone go back for seconds (and they will).

  • Classic, the one the Shire knows us for. Light, airy mascarpone zabaglione over coffee-soaked sponge, scattered with chocolate-coated cacao nibs for a bit of crunch. Not heavy, not too sweet, the kind where everyone swears the next spoonful is their last.

  • We don't deliver. All tiramisu bowls are pick-up only from FIOR in Gymea. The good news is we're just a short drive from across the Sutherland Shire, so whether you're in Miranda, Caringbah, Cronulla, Sylvania, Kirrawee or anywhere in the Shire, you're never far away. Order with 48 hours' notice and collect it fresh on the day.
